Do You Need to Have a Trust Document Notarized?

Executing trust documentation properly is crucial because it is a legal way to protect your assets. Our highly trained and skilled Notary will inspect your Trust documents thoroughly to ensure they are notarized properly.

California Notaries are not attorneys and, therefore, cannot provide legal advice. At a trust signing, you should have access to your attorney's office should you have any questions about how the documents affect you, the signer, and your family. As a benefit to Attorney Offices, I will be happy to call your office should your client have any questions during the signing.

While I am a Certified Trust Delivery Agent, and I have extensive knowledge on Trust Documentation, I am not allowed to explain scenarios during a trust signing.
